Mormon missionaries asked to leave russia (2014)

I don't recall hearing or reading about so many mormon missionaries being asked to leave eastern Russia.
This is from 2014.

The way I read that, they were in a restricted area, and all they had to do was pay a fine.

There are only two active blogs for mishies in this mission, and one of them is 'read by invitation only' and the other belongs to an Elder is home now. I think it's the Russia Novosibirsk mission...

Anyway, I went back and read the entries for April, 2014 and there is no mention of the incident, and certainly nothing about the missionaries being asked to leave any part of Russia.
