It is interesting that when someone gets obsessed with weird and esoteric philosophy they find Joseph Smith worth studying.

The Mormon Eugenics is a hairy topic. Hard to talk about it, when one is part of it. Many clinical depressions have developed after the person realizes how in reality one wasn't raised in a religion of love and compassion, but in a genetic experiment that aimed only to the reproduction of Aryans.

It seems to me that the author is strictly calling Joseph Smith, Jr. a "religious white supremacist" but the summary does nothing to entice me to want to read or further study this subject.
