Yea, take away the alcohol, the drugs, the magazines, R Rated movies... Yea, like if Utah is full of babies who can't decide themselves what is and what is not best for them.
Why doesn't the church provide free internet, cell phones and tablets to anyone in UT that wants them? Then it can restrict anything it wants. Why should they restrict my viewing if I'm paying for it? If someone is looking up information on breast cancer, will that be blocked as porn because it contains the word breast?
I just don't see how a state can sensor the internet of porn, much as they'd like to. There's the technical impossibilites (what is porn? How do you filter amateur porn?) and then there is the constitutionality of it.
Since the ruling that came from the supreme court about people having the right to view printed porn would likely apply to people having the right to view internet porn.
Hey, there are limits to so called Free Speech, like not being able to yell "Fire!!!" in a crowded theater, or making people go to hell by watching porn!
