There is no way to find an accurate count. Unless the family comes straight out and says the reason for suicide is being gay... There are many families who still feel shame, or confused about the reason---so no reason except depression/mental illness is usually given.

Also just because the "studies" and percentages seemed to be looking at youth and millennials mostly, we have to remember that there are many who die from drug/alcohol abuse trying to self medicate.

So TOO DAMN MANY is the answer.

I just got this in my Facebook feed. It's Tyler Glenn giving a video about two Gay teens who committed suicide just last week. So now we know some names and faces of these victims of abuse, what will the people do about it?
