I have quite a lot of very nice, lightly worn, and even brand new clothing items that are suitable for business attire. I have heard of donation centers that specifically need clothing that is suitable for business interviews and office attire, however, I must be googling the wrong key words and can't remember the names of these donation centers.
Thank you, Heartless, that's an excellent idea for donating the men's suits. My husband would often volunteer for Wounded Warrior projects he would probably appreciate that.
Also consider contacting your local women's shelter with your donations.
I work as a domestic violence victim advocate. Victims frequently leave abusive situations with NOTHING, including appropriate clothes to wear to court. Donations like yours make a huge difference.
I would talk to local Veteran's organizations, lots of male and female soldiers reentering civilian life have Nothing for job interviews. When I came home from Iraq I had a very limited civilian wardrobe, none of which was suitable for employment.
