I work in a health care field and it seems like raises are hard to come by. My salary has increased steadily over that past 10 or so years, however, but I have had to change employers to get ALL of my significant raises.

I assume that this means that those at the top of the companies (CEOs Chairpersons etc) will also not be receiving rises and/or bonuses?

They are doing away with regular pay raises for civil service too.

This will eventually hurt the tithing coffers. Once people start to realize they can't pay tithing and the health care tax and put food on the table.

Or in some fanatical familes I guess mandatory fasting on thursdays.
