Look for the word "Report" on the bar at the bottom of the post and click on it.

In the space which will appear: Say that you are the author of the post, and ask that it be deleted.

IF you are the poster who began the thread, and IF you want the entire thread deleted, request on the report you make that the entire thread be deleted.

Or you can just let it go. As fast as the posts come, any given thread generally drops off the front page within a few hours.

What I would do to make life easier for the moderators -- Edit your post down to "Deleted" in the subject line and leave the rest blank. Of course if you already have responses, it's a different story.
