It was never so poignantly illustrated to me than when Gordo responded with "I don't know that we teach that" on national television. I jumped up and said "Where the hell have you been, Gordo? I've been taught those things for more than 20 years?".

It's basically disgusting. Maybe the boys in the tower really don't know WTF is going on in the morg.

I've got an issue with lying. I don't lie, and it rubs me wrong in a stronger way than it does most people.

At first I saw that interview and thought, "wow, look how great he is handling this", then I thought, "hey, that's a lie!! I can't believe he just lied!"

I didn't think that initially. I thought maybe he really didn't know that the stuff is being taught as truth at the ward level. To this day, I can't understand that.

I've always believed that the "leadership" is really just focused on what happens in the morridor and that they have no idea what life is like away form their offices in SLC.
