Well who ever wrote the script definitely was a mormon in my opinion. There were some good little allusions to things only mormons would know. for example when the one elder walks into the room with the other one crying he says "hey tryna get out of sight and sound of me?" or something like that, a reference to the white handbook rule for missionaries
