Hey, I baked with whole wheat, including a really good bread recipe, and we liked it. For whatever reason, we didn't have any digestive problems when we switched over from white flour.
One time I ran out of ww flour and used the white I'd bought for making homemade playdough for the kids when I made my weekly batch of cookies. The cookies were so boring-tasting that my husband asked if I'd left out the sugar!
We never did get where we liked ww noodles or tortillas, though.
