In fact, I believe the Mississippi provision just replaced the terms "German" and "Jew" with "Mississippi" and "LGBT."

Certain in the knowledge that the purity of the German blood is the fundamental necessity for the continuation of the German people, and endowed with an unflinching will to secure the German nation for all times to come, the Reichstag [parliament] has unanimously approved the following law, which is herewith made public:

Paragraph 1.

(1) Marriages between Jews and citizens of German or German-related blood are forbidden. Marriages which have been performed in spite of this law, even if they have been performed in a foreign country, are void.

(2) Complaints declaring them void can originate only with the District Attorney.

Paragraph 2.

Extramarital sexual intercourse between Jews and citizens of German or German-related blood are forbidden.

Paragraph 3.

Jews are not allowed to employ female citizens of German or German-related blood under 45 years in their household.

Paragraph 4.

(1) Jews are forbidden to raise the Reich and National flag and they cannot show the National colors.

(2) However, they are allowed to display the Jewish colors. The exercise of this disposition is under the state's protection.

Paragraph 5.

(1) Whoever acts against Paragraph 1 will be punished with forced labor.

(2) The man who acts against Paragraph 2 will be punished with prison or forced labor.

(3) Whoever acts against Paragraph 3 or 4 will be punished with prison not exceeding one year and with a fine, or with one of these punishments.

Paragraph 6.

The Secretary of the Interior will, together with the Deputy Fuhrer and the Attorney General, issue the necessary law and administrative ordinances.

Paragraph 7.

This law is valid on the date of its publication, but Paragraph 3 will be valid only as of 1 January 1936.

The colors of the Reich are black, white, red.

The Reich and National flag is the swastika flag. It is also the merchant shipping flag.

The Fuhrer and Reich Chancellor shall order the form of the Reich wall flag and the Reich service flag.

Paragraph 4.

Honestly, you're preaching to the choir.

I can't find it in this bill, but I implicitly trust your fair and even handling of this issue. If I had only known this bill might serve to make it more difficult for a 14 year old boy to engage in homosexual sex with a grown man in a public park, I would have been shouting this down long ago. Do these barbaric religionists think they own us?

And your comparison to Nuremburg Laws is showing up on my neighborhood. The local Baptists are going door to door trying to find homosexuals and couples living in sin. They've already started dragging them to the Walmart parking lot where they're holding show trials before they beat them. The local police say they can't do anything to stop it because they're just exercising their religious freedoms.

Honestly, isn't it time we just put an end to all the freedom of religion crap before it completely ruins things for all of us?

I have a fundamental question. Why do we allow the government any control over marriage in the first place? We allow them to force us to buy a license for it. Why?

The license pre-supposes that you meet the legal requirements to do whatever it is that you want to do: get married, construct a building in a particular place, drive a car, perform surgery, etc.

The marriage license tells the officiant that you and your spouse-to-be are in compliance with state law with regard to age, residence, whatever.
