I'm old enough to remember when Satan was trying to frustrate
God's plan by promoting acceptance and social integration of
different races. Of course the Mormon Church came out against
it. Mark E. Petersen's famous 1954 talk, "Race Problems As They
Affect the Church," said that God was the author of racial
segregation and that it should not be tampered with.

My how quickly eternal principles change.
