It seems that most Mormons have never heard of the Second Anointing. Grant Palmer hits on the Third Anointing--Godhood, and the Fourth Anointing--on to the actual Godhead, in this interview with Jason Walace.

It is basically a lengthy (and perhaps not entirely accurate) account of a "second anointing." The "third anointing" is mentioned at the end.
