Tired of Mormon bragging

Ok I am so sick of Mormon bragging like well I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet and blah blah blah! Mormons brag in church ,missionaries brag and I am sick of it!I testify that Joseph Smith is a false prophet and the book of Mormon is false

Certain teachers sometimes engage in bragging. I used to let it wear me down -- how can they accomplish so very much compared to me? Then I came to see bragging for what it is -- an attempt to prop up one's own ego. So now I just let it wash over me. If someone needs an ego-propping session, fine, have at it.

The only way to avoid the bragging is to stay away from them.

Try to take breaks from mormons. It will do you good.

Summer is right. They are actually bragging to themselves.

And the Mormon brag is such an "arrogant/ignorant" brag. Hard to stomach from the ones who are virtuoso at it.

It's fun to read your posts, crazyhorse, and see the missionaries and Mormons through your eyes. Gives me hope.

Did you say you are an investigator who hasn't actually converted yet?

Are you able to wash your hands of Mormons, or are you surrounded by them?

They have to be propping up their own faltering faith. Otherwise they'd keep their mouths shut and be among the quiet faithful.

I seriously can't tell you how many times I hear... "when I was an AP...." or "when I worked closely with the bishop of my ward..." or something similar. Hahaha it actually cracks me up how serious people are about 'humbly' bragging in the church.

All for what? Well... Darwin calls it sexual selection...
