Maybe it will get slid in as an attachment last minute.

I thought the IRS could simply change it like the can with carried interest.

I sure hope it remains that churches won't be able to endorse candidates. It's bad enough what they're already doing, and the recent Alabama special election was a prime example of how bad it gets.
