As a woman who has been given the message consistently that she is only valuable to the church as the following:
1. a tithe payer
2. a baby maker
3. a nag to get hubby/kids, etc. to comply with church things.
4. a cheerleader for men (Priesthood is awesome, no girls allowed club... you wouldn't want it anyway...so hard!)

I have nothing to give. If you show me you don't think I am worthy to be treated the same way as a man, respect wise, Then why should I care.

Don't ask me to do anything. You've put hard limitations on what you will allow, so I will too.

Enjoy your circus on your own as you stand their confused as to why the crowd is getting up and leaving.

The members are collectively in control of the Mormon church -- they just haven't realized it yet.

It's over when:

a.) The young men realize they don't have to go on a mission.
b.) The young women realize they don't have to marry an RM.
c.) The members realize that garments are ridiculous.
d.) No one cares about going to the temple anymore.
e.) The members demand that more money be returned to the wards, that there is more charitable giving to the community, and that there is a complete financial accounting of funds spent. Oh, and THEY will tell the church how much money they are giving.
f.) The women demand to be treated equally.
g.) Volunteer work in the church is truly volunteered, not assigned.
h.) The members decide when and where they attend services.
i.) The members decide what constitutes appropriate church wear along with modest dress.

Etc.

I’m going to write that on the palm of my hand next time I have to be around inlaws.

Well said, and concise. I appreciate how this applies to dysfunctional in-laws, too.

Especially at Christmas get-togethers.

Awesome quote, we ought to make bumper stickers that proudly state:

MORMONISM — NOT MY CIRCUS, NOT MY CLOWNS
