Early days of Russel M. Nelson

I saw this on the Instagram of a local guy here in SLC. He's a local DJ on the radio and does it for parties etc, plus he does lots of acting in local theater.

My son and my daughter both knew him in high school and the girl who married my son dated him for a while in school. So I'm really close to him :)

He shared this today--I know's he's an RM but he's divorced etc so I'm not sure what his church status is. I expected some criticism from people he knows. So far, nothing

Why would he get criticism for this? Nelson was a doctor during the Korean war, which is where the MASH units were developed.
