Our extended family would usually get together on Easter when my parents were alive both TBM and exmo alike. Since their passing there is little mixing on Easter and my sister and I were bemoaning the fact that no one was having an extended family get together. Another sister put something together at the last minute and invited the exmos over. It was a lovely time complete with Bloody Marys at Easter dinnner.

All the time I was wondering about my TBM family and what they might be up to on Easter. Well, the poor schlubs were stuck in GC which I didn't realize until I came here! I guess I have drifted far from the shore to not realize it. Not only did I not spend any time with gasbag GAs, but I spent Easter evening making love with my adorable girlfriend. Best Easter ever!

I didn't realize it was General Conference weekend until a TBM relative told me. I had to google who replaced Monson.

I realized General Conf. was last weekend; I just didn't care about it.

I only watched clips with some fast-forwarding. It's church porn to me, I guess.

Nothing worse than a general conference on easter. You know they are going to milk the sh#t out of that holiday and pretend to be extra buddy buddy with jesus. I got religion fatigue at 32 years old, couldn't take the same sh#t over and over and over.
