R.C. Willey was owned by mormons until they sold to Warren Buffet about 15 years ago. That must be when the porn came in.

I have read, ahem, that there is now an entire sub-genre of gay video pornography in which gay men seduce and have sex with "Mormon missionaries" clad in the iconic white shirts, ties, and badges.

I can see how the outfit as worn by young, clean-cut, all-American, straight boys (repping a conservative, anti-gay church to boot) could easily become fetish material, so it didn't surprise me.

There's also a lot of straight "Mormon porn" too. Apparently. ;o))

There is an exmo in the management of the company. It must be getting harder and harder to find authentic models (no tattoos, no piercings, facial hair, willing to get an Idaho haircut, etc) in this day and age. Lately some of the MPs and WML's have had beards.

Pretty sure the founder of the whole operation is still technically a member and thus has access to purchase various wardrobe elements.

Thinking about it for a moment longer, it would seem to be the LDS equivalent of the "sexy Catholic school girl" porn trope with its white blouse/plaid skirt uniforms.

We'll know LDS has hit the forbidden-sex-symbol big time when the mishie outfit is available as an adult Halloween costume.

And the advert for an RC Willey makes it even more worrisome! ;o))

The woman in the pic is wearing a fashionable top, probably that was determined by an ad agency, maybe not in Utah.
