We should flood them with submissions for new hymns...I can just imagine the faces on those tasked with sorting out all the new stuff and then getting a version of "Come Come Ye Saints" but with new, lewd lyrics...so so fun.

I wonder about that, too. They could get by without "If You Could Hie to Kolob." It is performed more than it's used in congregational singing. So far the church has allowed music from previous LDS publications to be used. I suspect "Praise to the Man"is too high on most Mormons' lists of favorites to be omitted. "Scotland the Brave" is a stirring tune. Most of them haven't a clue how wholly inappropriate it seems to the rest of the world for them to be worshiping Joseph Smith in song.
