Right-click on the page (if you're not a Mac user). Choose "Save As" from the menu. Select "Webpage, Complete" from the options. Name the file and click OK.
Now you have a local copy, from which you can copy/cut to your heart's content.

Edit: not that you need to do so -- you can copy/cut right from the article. Select, right-click, choose "copy." That's how I got:
