It's sad there are still people who actually attend that church or donate money to it. The sexual abuse, lying about it, covering it up, silencing victims, manipulating people is so all-pervasive.

This article has links; one of them is to a list of priests and seminarians who a victim accused in ONE diocese. ONE diocese!!! There are so MANY! There's just no way their buddies didn't know about this.

On another topic, the Catholic conservatives think the WHOLE sexual abuse problem is due to these men being homosexual. They're likely to start an anti-homosexual witch hunt. Even though the priests were also raping girls and nuns.

Wuerl is using Mark Sullivan for personal security, former head of US Secret Service. Sullivan was cashiered when agents engaged prostitutes in Bogota, Columbia. They had gone down to prepare security and accommodations for Pres. Obama's attendance at the Summit of the Americas.

Interesting that Sullivan lost his position because of a sex scandal, and how he's employed by a man who's involved in another one.
