I have finally got to the point to stop blaming myself for what THEY have done to me.

From now on I am simply going to laugh at them.

Yes, laughter is definitely an excellent way to deal with people proposing ridiculous ideas.

I read a long time ago that politicians don't have big problems with being criticized, but in general are quite uncomfortable with being laughed at or rijdiculed--that's much more difficult to deal with or respond to.

This is why the word "Mormon" is now off limits.

I have to think that the word MORmON helped along the process of the current LD$ inc attempt at banning the word Mormon.

Ban the word that breeds them.

Mormon: "I'm worried that you've lost the gospel."

You: "LOL Worry all you want. What a joke! LOL."

Mormon: "Are you struggling with your testimony?"

You: "No, I'm glad to be done with it and having a good time watching you struggle. LOL"

My mother used to whine and cry about my soul and I'd try to comfort her. I figured out she was putting on an act. Whenever I laughed at her, she'd shake off the tears and change the subject. Wish I'd started laughing at her years earlier. It would have saved both of us from grief.
