Here's a variation on this theme. Start giving pre-endowment Mormons (read kids) a revelation that they need to wear white gloves at all times and in their interviews they can get a "white glove" test to see if they have kept them clean? They have to wear the gloves unless they are swimming or doing sports until they get endowed whereupon it changes to required underwear with a interview "garment check."
