It seems to me like becoming the biggest laughing stock in America might have led MORmONs to declare the word MORmON is a "Victory for Satan". Every Sunday I pick up America's most influential newspaper and it has MORMON written in 72 Font MORMON Missionary, I am elated I am not fucking MORmON Bitch! I love this kid who I'm friends with, gladly. He is a smart and hilarious young man. Every conversation with Mormon Missionaries ought to be like that. Mock them with derision.

Google says:
"What does B**** mean?
Bitch, literally meaning a female dog, is a pejorative slang word for a person--usually a woman--who is belligerent, unreasonable, malicious, a control freak, rudely intrusive or aggressive. When applied to a man, bitch is a derogatory term for a subordinate."
Remove the meanings which relate specifically to female canines, and the other meanings of the word are, in one sense or another, harsh name calling.
Harsh, name calling words (especially in titles of threads or posts) are neither warm nor welcoming (particularly in regard to newcomers), and do not meet the PG-13 standard.
It is also my personal experience, based on a lifetime of hearing this word used in the female canine sense, that the word "bitch"--even when it IS applied to a female canine--is most often a negative (rather than neutral) use of the word.
Urban dictionary: TOP DEFINITION bitch one of the most versatile words in the english language; it is used to express a multitude of emotions; anger, anticipation, despair, endearment, envy, excitement, fear, horror, joy, shock, surprise, warning; all achieved by one's enunciation and intonation. Endearment: Hey bitch! Joy: Oh my god, bitch! Anticipation: Bitch, guess what? Shock/Pain: Stubs toe Ah, bitch! Envy: She's SUCH a BITCH. Fear: Bitch. What was that noise? Surprise: BITCH! Warning: Bitch. Don't try me. Despair: Biiiitch.
Seems like he was expressing himself quite well. Well enough to get Lewis Black to perform his epic ExMo rant!
