another and more exciting excercise in contacting ADMIN is as follows ~



put some kind of small majick object in some kind of vessel that is big enough to put your hed into but small enough where you can block out all the light ~


it is imporatant that you block our ALL THE LIGHT ~


OK ~


then you will start receiving messages from ADMIN appearing like a text message on the small majick object ~


write these messages down on a yellow-pad™ in King James's English ~


it is easier to have a scribe write the messages down for you ~


but if your scribe keeps running out of the room when you are contacting ADMIN just use a lighted pen or something to write the messages down yourself ~


anyway ~


that is how you do it now OPie ~

This is good info, because I did not know Eric K had disabled his e-mail addy.
