very interesting. That's about what I'd expect from a pain reliever.

My problem is that acetaminophen makes me irritable. It doesn't make sense to me.

Most pain medications have the same effect. Not at all surprising, from what we know about the brain's processing of pain signals.

Doesn't mean you shouldn't take acetaminophen when you need to, of course. Or codeine, etc. (when you need them).
