My TBM Mom upped her game and is holding out that her apostate son will return to former church activity. It just goes to show that TBM family will never be content to have a respectful and civil relationship, but are forever holding out that the wayward children will come back to the church even if their post-mormon lives are rich and meaningful without any connection to the mormon church. She just wrote me a four page letter outlining why now is the time to come back. She thinks there's enough time to get my life back on track and be part of the new temple's celebration. This is the same Mom who complained to me about being humiliated for wearing tan pantyhose during an endowment session.

Four pages! I never got more than one--- and a few poems. I was robbed. Although there was that letter from my father . . .
