kutv losing employees...why? o/t?

I've noticed something in the last while. Channel 2 here in Salt Lake seems to be losing employees lately. Some are now at Fox 13 and a couple are at KSL. Does anyone know the back story of why this is happening? Is it the management style of Sinclair making them spew their editorial content(which is really irritating) or is it something deeper?

Sinclair also owns KJZZ, so the news staff is doing the news for both stations. I know the morning people are on air from 4:30 am to 9 am, then again at noon. Plus they have off-camera work that needs to get done every day. They are putting in serious hours.

That's all on top of Sinclair's management style.

I have wondered what was going on.

They've lost some good people. I used to watch KUTV all the time, but there was one person in the morning that I couldn't stand. He left, but ended up on KSL, but then was let go. I don't like the KSL morning news people, although I like their studio better and their news stories seem longer than a few sentences.
