Whenever someone says there are no tenents of The Mormon Church I think they are wrong.
The Mormon Church has a hard list of axioms to be obeyed and shown obeisance.
Faith in a god as the Eternal Father, his literal Son, Jesus Christ, and a Holy Ghost.
Faith in the Atonement of Jesus and of his role in personally redeeming and saving you.
Faith in the Restoration of the gospel of Jesus as interpreted by Joseph Smith and refined by his successors.
Faith in the president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a prophet, seer, and revelator and as the only person on the earth authorized to have all the power in the church.
Faith in the members of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles as prophets, seers, and revelators and as the only people on the earth authorized to have almost all the power in the church.
Faith in General Authorities and local leaders of the Church and as the only people on the earth authorized to have some of the power in the church.
Obeying their law of chastity which is no masturbating and sex only with a person of the opposite sex in a recognized marriage.
Following no other teachings, practices, or doctrine contrary to those of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Keeping the Sabbath day by attending their meetings, partaking of the sacrament and obeying the laws and commandments of their gospel.
Trying to be honest in all that you do.
Paying a full-tithe.
Obeying their health code as it is currently practiced.
Keeping financial or other obligations to former spouses and to your children.
Wearing the temple garment as instructed in their endowment ritual.
Making sure serious sins be resolved with priesthood authorities.
And most importantly considering yourself worthy to enter their temple.
