#1. Why assume God is a "He"? Maybe what we call "god" is just, Nature.
#2. What is "evil" but a human construct? Perhaps "God" (Nature) is not concearned with human constructs.
#3. What is "good" but a human construct? Perhaps "God" (Nature) is not concearned with human constructs.
#4. Why does anything exist except chaos, if the universe tends towards chaos?
#5. The fact that life has existed and continuously evolved over the past 3 billion years, despite all the destructive forces in the universe, is all the evidence we need to conclude that "God" (Nature) is, after all, good (benevolent) or life sustaining.

Perhaps god is just a human construct, but Nature is not.
The Higgs Boson is not.
It existed 13.8 billion years. As far as we can see.

I know...I know the answer....(waving hands).

What God is just another word for nature?

Do I win the "What if god is just another word for" daily post challenge? Do I get extra points if I add an Einstein or some atheist guy quote?

You have made a number of us unhappy in having beaten us to the proverbial punch.

I hope you're happy now, Dagny... <mumble mumble uppity mumble mumble>

"What if God is just another name for cornflakes? Wo ist mein Bagel?" - Einstein

"Oatmeal is just a fundamentalist attempt to displace the scientifically proven benefit of cornflakes." - Louis de Grasse Dawkins

You might try adding something interesting as a contribution to the conversation instead of constantly detracting from other peoples conversations.
Just a thought.
Or just keep being obnoxious.

The most obnoxious thing on this board is you posting the same thing over and over and over again.

I’m picturing Edward G Robinson asking “Where is your God Particle now?”

How do we know that evil exists? The context we see is too limited. We have lower and higher selves. We can channel one or the other. If you channel the lower one, that’s generally considered evil. But then if free will is a conjured experience that’s essentially illusory, is life happening to you or are you making life happen? Or is it both and you are God in form, as Christ realized. He was the son of God and so are you. The latter part of that is truncated to control you. Naughty prophets. Why couldn’t they just stick to screwing other men’s wives?

Let's give it a whirl. :D

"“Class is fundamentally used in the service of the status quo,” says Sartre.
The subject is interpolated into a dialectic paradigm of context that includes
reality as a reality. However, if neostructuralist narrative holds, the works
of Eco are postmodern.

The main theme of the works of Eco is the role of the reader as poet. Debord
uses the term ‘Derridaist reading’ to denote a self-supporting paradox. But the
subject is contextualised into a dialectic paradigm of context that includes
art as a reality.

McElwaine[1] states that we have to choose between
prepatriarchialist capitalism and capitalist discourse. It could be said that
Baudrillard promotes the use of neostructuralist narrative to deconstruct
hierarchy.

In Naked Lunch, Burroughs deconstructs the dialectic paradigm of
context; in Port of Saints, although, he affirms posttextual
desublimation. In a sense, many narratives concerning the dialectic paradigm of
context exist.

Oh sure, but you used an illogical programming genius tool while SCat does it with just two fingers, both of which try their best to avoid the 'return/enter' key.

Construct? Nature is as much a construct as any other pomo target. Is there any separation between nature and non-nature? No, in one sense they are united. The human is located within the universe and xyr place is not outside or inside nature but in conjunction with xy's thusness.

The concept of life is also construct, creating a false dialectical binary distinction between life and non-life. The rock is as much alive as the fish is dead, the fish being found in both states of life and deadness when confronted with non-linear time.

Evolution too is a construct based on Europenis, patriarchal, racialistic notions, because it divides up the oneness of the diversity of the human genome.

I must exclaim, loudly as I can, that I do NOT have a Europenis!

I have a Lamanpenis, brought across the Pacific Ocean by my House of Joseph ancestors!

The patriarchy of that continent were so male-bound that they subconsciously named themselves after the phallus. ;)

LOL. Thanks for reminding me how relieved I am not to have to cope with English prof pomo smalltalk anymore. Though it is kind of good for comic relief, like your post.

Which seemingly you ask with inglorious repetition, followed by the same answers, over and over again.

Which is why Dagny was able to give the amusing answer before anyone else!

One wonders where you are on The Spectrum?
