TLC show Virgin Diaries

Hopping between channels today, I stumbled across a program on TLC about adults who are virgins.

One guy featured is a self-described Mormon named Skippy, age 34, who lives in his mother's basement. He "has a good job." He wants kids (already has their names chosen), which is why he wants to meet a woman and marry. The TV show featured him going dancing (his mother went along as his "wing-mom"), to a party thrown by a sympathetic friend with far more social skills than Skippy and on a date with a girl - where he gave her a gift bag at the end of the evening. Through most of this , his mother hovered.

Two observations:

he wants a woman to marry so he can have kids; I honestly thought he would be thinking farther ahead to his own planet with lots of spirit-wives

the Tshirts he made always said something about being Single and Mormon, or referenced a temple recommend interview...bizarre.

Virginity should only be practiced in Virginia. Mormons cannot be part of government though. They're barely able to be governed. Lead
