I will say it here either LDS is false or their God is the stupidest being ever and therefore doesn't even deserve to be worshipped. I mean how can someone so perfect, so omnipotent be such a mormon, or I mean moron.

While caring for sparrows and lost car keys, the God of the tiniest details seems to have missed out on only the most important ones. Every single discrepancy in church history has been caused by Mormon Jesus being too inept or careless to get at least the most important things done right: book of mormon translation, early organizational structure, church name, temple sealings, continued revelation during covid, heck the guy can't even get appearing as himself right as there are 8 different first vision stories (and some where he isn't even in the group photo.)

Yet, he has supposedly 15 dedicated people who get paid to listen to his every word who could correct it in an instant just sitting around collecting paychecks for the last 200 years without a single thing being accomplished.

Think about how much simpler and easier the Book of Mormon would have been if Moroni (after all it is an Italian name) was a young Italian immigrant working as a printer's apprentice at the Gutenberg press. Right before production, he inserts in 590 pages of the Book of Mormon after four gospels into the first printed bible. The printer scolds him at first but then reads it and says he likes what he had done. It goes out all over the world. Problem solved. Everyone accepts and uses the Book of Mormon at face value.

Oh but wait that does cause a serious problem for Joseph Smith and Mormon Inc. I mean how are they going to get paid? Yes that is a serious problem. Ok Mormon Jesus back to the $100B rainy day retirement drawing board.

Inserting the BoM into the Gutenberg Bible would have been a spectacular scoop, since Columbus' discovery of America was still about 50 years in the future. Now that would have been a miracle! :)

There is a reason for that.

In order to keep tight control and tight track of their flock, the jewish leaders told their people that the Lord said that a good faithFOOL Jew would not get too far away from the temple. There was only ONE temple which contained the arc, there was only ONE arc just like there was only God for the (mono theistic) Jews. Getting too far away meant that a person was in sin. A person needed to be close enough to the temple to attend regularly ......because that is how the Jewish governing establishment collected its money and maintained its power (because Western religion has always been a money making racket)

Of Course that same MORmON Jesus also commanded (Joseph Smith alter ego and completely mythical character) Nephi to gratuitously murder an incapacitated man lying on the ground because that is how (nasty spiteful) MORmON Jesus operates.

That same MORmON Jesus also lead poor poor Joseph Smith into a trap where Poor Poor Joseph would be blindsided with a commandment to start a wife collection ......which Joseph Smith would fill with other men's wives and vulnerable teen age girls.

Funny thing, MORmON Jesus turns out to be a real dumb @$$ and an epic screw up ......just like his greatest profit ever, (CON MAN PERVERT) Joseph Smith.

After a while, one just has to put the mormon religion right up there with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. I don't know of any adults who find value in debating about the whether or not the Easter Bunny is real. The debate about the Mormon God or the Mormon Jesus is just as pointless. The only problem with Mormonism is its multi-billion dollar empire. That part of Mormonism is real, but only because people pay in to it. People need to stop giving the Mormon church money for any reason. There are many good, real charities out there that will be financially accountable to you and that will use your donated money to further causes that you really believe in. The Mormon God is just as ignorant as the men who made him up. Why play in to that ignorance or debate silly beliefs except perhaps for the entertainment value of fiction.

Mormon God is the God of the OT, the NT the BoM, and every other entry into the Mormon and all of Christianity's canons.* He is the be all end all of all of Christianity and I guess at least for the OT, the Jews as well.

No God should be worshipped. Anyone worshipping is demeaning themselves. Might as well be a Golden Calf.

Being *worthy* to be worshipped is not the issue. Only sycophants worship. Only smug self-aggrandizing jerks need to be worshipped Some call it brown nosing. Some call it a show of piety. All of it has an agenda. I call it stripping yourself of your dignity.
