No way. The 16 minutes here is well worth the time. "The great space in the middle is what the 21st Century is going to be all about."

Yes. The people and the artist. Maybe this will be a failed prophecy. I don't know. But I know that Mormonism is not bringing the prophets to the people in "The Great Space" between them.

Well, I thought it was wonderful because Bowie is just fascinating to watch, the way he projects. Technically great artistry.

The thing that’s germane to RfM is how he reinvented himself after his life imploded. Booze, Mormonism, what’s the difference?

How is he not Joe Rogan? Ironically, it’s his teetotaling ways.

And he was very introspective in this interview. Amazing to see how what we want and what we get are so different. And The Internet. His take on how myopic our world was before the Internet is amazing. So to see people trying to keep the world a small and safe place for themselves is sad. The interviewer didn't get it. But even 20 years later many people don't.

He was an amazing man. I have four or five of his albums.
