There are several youtuber who put many details of their lives online. Why put so much online? It can only harm your marriage no good can come out of it in my opinion. Why confess to a bishop in my opinion again no good can come out of it. Go to a non lds counselor someone who can help work through marriage difficulties. The lds church is set up in patriarchal order the man is the head of the household, he holds the priesthood. It is so hard watching her suffer because of man made pain. Safe your tithing and go on family vacation or pay of some debt. Do not disclose your sex life to a bishop! I have left the lds church 7 years ago and my last bishop was an engineer. Why would anyone accept counseling for someone who is not a counselor? Or therapy from someone who is not a therapist? When a car breaks down we go to a car mechanic and not to a hair salon. So why put everything online? Why give people to much influence? She has two children. No I would not want my children to watch a video of me telling youtube how I cheated on their father (I have not cheated fyi). I have found the lds teachings so destructive. Why promote them online when she is clearly struggling with them? Tie yourself to your bed post to prevent masturbation? Toxic perfection. The teaching that children are waiting in the spirit world to receive a body. She has a degree from BYU why work MLM? She is a certified cosmetologist why sell yourself short? I want to tell her so badly the lds church is false. All they want is your time and money. Life your life with the rules that feel right to you. delete those videos that could cause your children harm later on in life. Use your degrees and support your husband financially. My marriage got so much better once we left the church and I went back to work full time. The financial stress was wearing my husband down while I was a stay at home mom for 6 years. Yes the lds church has many gender roles. Point of views of contraception and so on. Nobody is perfect so why tell someone (a bishop) about your struggles. The year 2020 has been very isolating with covid and many people have lost their jobs. The lds church holds tight to their rainy day fund :) The poverty circle can be broken by paying tithing is their advice. You are too smart to give the priesthood power over your life.
