Others may already know this, but many wards are posting their live meetings to Youtube. It's interesting as a nevermo to hear testimonies. There is one where the guy is complaining about how unfriendly and cliquish the ward is. He's told to stop talking.

OMG, that first guy was cringe inducing. He's a convert who somehow doesn't know when to shut up. What an opinionated little creep.

Then there was the guy who is going through a divorce who is "too old" for that ward but got permission to attend (it looks like a Provo singles type ward). They had to shut him up for bitching about everything.

Jeez, I don't remember there being THAT many whiny testimonies back in my day.

I can't believe I ever had anything to do with that hot mess.

He really went off the rails about everybody being unkind to him.

These are nothing what I remember from F/T. All I remember is sitting in silence for 20-25 min and then a rush of people who would cry and gush about Jesus atoning for their stupid imperfections~ like hiccups. And the mtg would go over its time by another 30 min.

I still don't understand why they call it fast sunday when it is the slowest day of the month!!!

This must be the new golden investigator.

When he made some crack about walking around the temple all dressed in black (white people wearing black), I was like....WTF? He had to tell everyone about what music he has listened to (including, gasp, Sex Pistols). For someone who claims people should not care, he sure seems to care about being judged. It's all so stupid.

Like messygoop said, this is the new golden investigator now? If that guy is anything like most recent converts, they are not getting smart stable people joining.

I do agree maybe people are bored and looking for somewhere to vent and chat. Haven't these people heard of the Internet?

Also, I like how the comments were turned off. Random people from outside the church might stumble onto that and need no further proof Mormonism is pretty loony.
