Pope is asking his followers to pray the Rosary daily in the month of May to bring about an end to the covid pandemic:

Last May(2020), he announced two additions to the end of the Rosary to ask for healing, goodness to those mourning, the invention of a vaccine and celebrations post-Covid such as those in Cana.

It seems like other groups have tried to pray (or wish!) covid away.

A little late I'd say. We have vaccines, millions have been vaccinated, many (most?) are still practicing safe distancing, masks, limited time away from home, so yes, we're already on the way to seeing an end of some sort.

His effort is kind of like being stuck in a bad movie and praying it will end 10 minutes before it does, then claiming god answered his prayer.

Catholics do believe (as many Christians do,) that prayer helps. The good news is that they also believe in science.

And then, after he's taken credit for having prayed away the pandemic, he can get busy praying cancer away. That ought to work just as well.

It pissed me off when I learned that the Catholic church was in favor of WWII! They could have prayed peace into existence, but they chose to remain 'neutral'...  HA!

And then, the Pope can go to the track and bet on the horse he thinks will win the race once the nags are 20 YDS from the finish line.

The Mormons already ran this experiment, twice,
the first fast was last April, right before the huge surge
The second, follow up fast, was in December, right before the even bigger spike.

QUIT PRAYING!!!! YOU'RE MAKING IT WORSE!!!
