It’s probably not,
but what if the Great Attractor is really just Dark Matter responsible for our 1.4 million mph speed toward it, our trajectory and spin through spacetime.
By us I mean our whole galaxy and all the galaxies on this side of the Great Attractor, where we are all rushing toward, despite exponential radiation cosmic inflation. North, we are bound and determined to go South, towards the sun.

Phauxtons!

A phauxton is a weinie-teenie bit of spectral matter that exits in dimensions 7 through 11, but 'influences' the lower six and a half. (There is a half dimension, a one-dimension, a two-dimension, a three-dimension, etc.)

But its influence is real, even though not measurable...

If I knew any math, I'd give you all the details on how I arrived at my startling conclusion.

And you'd think their different gravitational effects would tell you which was which. A bunch of small black holes would create a spiky, scattered and very discrete field of gravitational influence around a galaxy, like a pointillest painting ... whereas evenly distributed dark matter would just sort of be spread all around like some invisible gruel in which the normal matter of stars/planets just float like little hard bits in the gruel

The worst case scenario I’ve heard? It’s all cockroaches.
