Soon St George will be involved in Water Wars with other cities (Las Vegas) & possibly also with Cali.
who has the better attorneys? Crap Shoot > poor investment unless you (buyer) has access to own / private water supply, BUT if everything else dries up (in a 30 yr drought cycle now), where will you shop, go to a movie, get fuel for your car or Lear Jet?
St George won't tell you about their water disaster looming, I.just.did.

Toilets have a hole through the center so they are kind of like donuts. See, this is how Scat's post are always on topic and always so helpful to ones recovery from an oppressive religion.
That's proof that you can have a lot of money, but no taste. Why would you ever want (potentially) slippery steps in a bathroom? And why the bunk beds in one of the children's rooms? Don't they have enough bedrooms so that everyone can get their own room?
I don't know what high-end properties go for in St. George, but it strikes me that if you ever wanted to unload this place, it might take a very long time to sell. You don't want to be the outlier in terms of price.
I was looking at recently built architect-designed houses this weekend, and all I can say is that I don't know what the heck they are teaching in architecture school these days. It simply can't be that difficult to come up with a nice looking, contemporary style house. And yet, they are grinding out these soulless houses that look like they glued a bunch of cubes together. They look like commercial properties, and not very nice ones at that.

ARE ye suggesting it is no Frank Lloyd Wright? :-D (Squares with caffiend's other hilarious comment about money & taste)
