TSCC says to pay no attention to the $100 Billion. It's not important. What's important is to show obedience by turning over your cash to LDS Inc So you can receive blessings worth more than money.
Paying a full tithe is a requirement to enter the temple, which is the only way to eternal life with Jesus and loved ones. You can't put a price on that although LDS Inc clearly has with the 10% tithing requirement.
Most church members don't care what LDS Inc does with their money as long as they receive blessings in this life or the next.
Just my opinion, but I think most TBM's (if they think about TSCC finances at all) believe the spoon-fed humble brag "We have sufficient or our needs." IOW, they think that TSCC is very thrifty and well-managed outfit--they believe that money coming in to TSCC is turned around and used for "charity", with a "rainy day fund." So, nothing short of an outside investigation forcing TSCC to disclose that they have more money stashed by barely legal means than most countries on Earth is going to make TBM's question TSCC.
