I Guess No Conference Statistics Report mean

that they are bad!!! But do members really care? I do as it gives an indication of the health of the Church and the Corporation. oh wait the corporation does not need to give a corporate report as that only goes to the shareholders and that is not the members.

There’s only one shareholder and currently that’s Russell M Nelson. The members have zero ownership in the church. I think many don’t realize they are donating to a privately held corporation that legally has no obligation to do anything for them.

If I recall correctly (and I rarely do these days) they stopped reporting membership numbers from the pulpit in April conference a few years ago, but you can still find them some time later on the web site.

Looks like the number of missionaries serving is dipping closer to 50K, a figure closer to the early 2000s.

All they need to do is to read their Ensign Peak fund. The Lord is pleased with increased money. That's all that matter.

In the 1960's there were lots of more categories to read

You could see temple attendance, p-hood holders etc.
They've reduced the statistics since everything started to go down.
Oh not the number of temples, of course.
