I saw this topic got closed before I could chime in on it.
This whole subject just seems so catty and juvenile to me, but it's ironic that these 'influencers' come off as Modern Day Molly Mormons, affluent, straight, white, suburban, lots of kids, big house full of toys, friends and family.
But behind the scenes you know it can't be that ideal. They can't really have it all and be all that self-satisficed with their lives, right?
Add a little fame to the equation.
Add a little internet, and you get,
'influencers'
I mean, come on, there's got to be something off here, right? We all know those people on Instagram are not really living as great of lives as they portray, right?
Add in the fact that, beneath the thin facade of prudishness, singing the praises of Joseph Smith is pretty GD pervy.
It's no different from their Fundy kissin cousins to the South singing the praises of Warren Jeffs as he rots in prison for the rest of his miserable life on multiple child rape convictions.
Add all that together with post-post-modern communication, you get,
Swinging Mormon Influencer Explosion
Any surprise people develop feelings when they have 'casual sex, no strings attached'?
Any surprise other people get hurt, inevitably, when their 'eternal companion' develops 'feelings' for their 'casual sex' partner?
That's how it works, eventually, in almost every case I've ever seen.
Somebody develops 'feelings' then the party's over, GD IT!
