Dave the Atheist this woman Taylor was part of a Mormon Mom group in Utah and talked about "soft swinging" online. So I thought she might get excommunicated for "soft swinging" but I could not find out what happened after she put it online for her bishop to see.

I worked with three bishops in the bishopric and those guys are usually so busy they aren't going to know anything unless someone tells them. All had demanding jobs. The bishop calling is pretty much a second full time job. At the three year mark they get pretty burned out. Add in the their family. Bishops usually don't have the time to go checking into seeing what the members are doing.
