http://religions.pewforum.org/portraitsIt appears the link will open on a main page. Click on the "Select a Tradition" button under "Demographics" and click on "Mormons" in the drop down menu. This will bring up a series of pie charts. Scroll down to the third chart titled "What is the racial and ethnic composition of Mormons?"
86% of American Mormons are White (non-Hispanic) with another 7% Hispanic. Only 4% of American Mormons are Black or Asian with another 3% Other/Mixed (non-Hispanic).
I was going to say that the Mormons were more homogenous than other churches represented on that site, but it isn't necessarily true. As expected, the Historically Black Churches are almost exclusively Black (92%), but mainline Protestant churches are 91% White (non-Hispanic); the evangelical Protestant churches are 81% White with another 7% Hispanic; Catholics are 65% White and 29% Hispanic (total of 94%); and the Orthodox churches are 87% White (non-Hispanic).
The most racially diverse churches in America are the Jehovah's Witnesses and the Muslims. Even the unafiliated are 73% White (non-Hispanic) and 11% Hispanic.
