Did you ever have a Westvleteren? I just found out it is rated rather highly in the US - with which I have to concur, of course. However, it's not easy to get - I wonder if and how anyone in the US could get hold of it?

Anyways, next week I'm off to England. Fursty Ferret here I come. According to customs, I'm allowed to bring back 220 liters...

You can get it at the Belgian Shoppe, but cash out your 401k and sell all your jewelry! All kinds of trappist beer there.

Just sayin'...

Those prices are insane. I live relatively nearby (a 4-hour drive) so I've picked some up in the past for maybe $2 a bottle. I was just wondering how Americans could get it. If this is how, it's a rip-off.
