So Jesus is hanging on the cross in agony...

and whispers in a barely audible voice to his disciple "John, come closer I have something important to tell you."

John replies "Yes, Lord, tell me what is it."

Jesus responds "No, John, come closer so you can catch ever word I have to say."

"Yes, Lord, what is it? What important thing have you to say to me?"

"John, lean in just a little closer and I'll tell you."

Leaning closer, John replies plaintively, "Yes, my dear Lord, please, please do tell me. I'm a here at your beck and ready to receive the thing which you have to say to me."

After a long silence and in a faint whisper Jesus finally tells him "John, I think I can see your house from here."
