Does TSCC pay attention to State Dept travel warnings....

when it comes to missionaries? Will they still send and keep missionaries in countries which the State Dept. has determined to be unsafe for Americans to travel to?

I noticed Mexico is currently on the list and I'm sure there are alot of American missionaries there.
