The creators are right: Mormonism is the perfect backdrop for Broadway cheesiness.

"I Believe" sounds like it dropped right out of "Saturday's Warrior" or any other number of cheesy Mormon-made musicals (except for some of the lyrics which are meant for irony - although they are still doctrinally correct!).

just amazing

cp&f to a mess of people.

I laughed out laugh at my computer many times.

I believe may be my favorite, just for the lyrics. that jews sailed to the Americas on ships.

I think I will enjoy that much more being familiar with the songs when I finally see it.

. . . a great parody of how religion evolves and incorporates cultural legends into the mix. Brilliant writing.
