How is AncestryDNA getting our emails!??

It often appears in my "Promotions" part of my gmail account. All I can do is "Dismiss" it. Yet it keeps appearing over and over again... What can I do to get rid of it!??

In gmail, look for the "Labels" button above your list of e-mail (to the right of the "Move To" button).
Either open the e-mail in question, or check the box at the left of it in the list, click on "Labels," then mark it "Unwanted."
E-mails from that address will stop coming in.
