Mormonism is a fishing expedition, they cast a wide net

They are fishing for anyone willing to listen to them and give them the benefit of the doubt. They aren’t worried about how many get away, only how many they net and can haul in.

They use bait, promises of salvation, education in spiritual matter, prosperity gospel all that you can think of to entice members. Even vilifying people or certain things is attractive to some people, who think that everything in their world would just be fine if…..the people around them didn’t drink or smoke or watch porn, if they would just listen and obey and follow directions.

Mormonism and religion in general is attractive to certain folks who would like to bring those around them under control and set themselves and to validate their opinions as the “right way to do things”.
